David Beckham shook off an injury to make his long-awaited AC Milan debut on Tuesday against Hamburger SV in the 1-1 draw in Dubai. Despite being second best for much of the game, Milan went on to win 4-3 on penalties.

Hamburg police are preparing for possible rioting by hooligans tomorrow. 700 hooligans are expected to visit Hamburg match between HSV and Ajax Amsterdam.
Ajax Amsterdam supporters are notorious for violent outbreaks during European soccer matches. Hence Kurz Krägel manager of HSH Nordbank Arena has asked for police support.
