Court closes down kindergarten Yesterday
Hamburg' s higher administration court announced that the Kindergarten
"Sternipark" in Othmarschen will have to close. Reason for this is the
disturbance for the residence caused by the 60 children. The close down
means that the educator will loose their jobs and parents will have to
give up their jobs.
Udo Lindenberg's Art Plans
German rock icon plans to open a museum in Hamburg. His "Panik-Zentrale shall portray his work as musician and his art. Lindenberg counts on the support of Hamburg's culture authorities.

The SterniPark kindergarten on Reventlowstrasse in Othmarschen has to close its doors. The Higher Administrative Court ruled yesterday that the institution is too large to be kept open in what it says is a "purely residential area". SterniPark executive Leila Moysich said the kindergarten will continue its fight.

Court: Kindergarten has to close
The Sternipark kindergarten in Othmarschen will be closed. The Higher Administrative Court ruled in favour of the residents. They had taken legal action against the kindergarten because of the expected noise level. Sternipark director Leila Moysich said Sternipark will provide places in other institutions for all children.
