“Indian Food Festival” for Hamburg´s Gourmets
From November 7 to
November 15, the SIDE Hotel in Hamburg will be the obligatory place for Indian
food-fans. Within these days, the “Indian Food Festival” takes place. SIDE-head chef Olaf Niemeier will be
supported by the head cooks Ravi Saxena and Manish Dua from the Boutique Hotel
The Claridges, Neu-Delhi.
Especially mint plays an
important role as regards Indian food as well as lamb or shrimps.
The „Indian Food
Festival“ forms part of the „India Week" which is organized in different
locations all over Hamburg from November 10 to November 14.
