Hamburg architect builds tallest skyscraper in Europe

The Hamburg-based architect Peter Schweger designed the tallest building in Europe. The "Federation Tower" in Moscow measures 509 metres. In a few months the construction will be completed.  Schweger is known for designing the "Gaensemarktpassage" and the centre court at Rotherbaum.
