Reunification celebrations in rainy weather

Despite the rain 550,000 visitors attended the German reunification celebrations in Hamburg. The organisers had expected at least 600,000. Considering the bad weather they are satisfies nonetheless. The city of Hamburg and its guests celebrated the 18th reunification day at the harbour. All 16 federal states presented themselves at the Sandtorkai.
