 Vattenfall sues against Moorburg restrictions

Moorburg coal power plant provider Vattenfall is suing against the restrictions imposed on the plant`s operation. A speaker that that the restrictions made " a reasonable use of the plant impossible". GAL senator Anja Hajduk had permitted the construction, but at the same time imposed severe restrictions on its operation.
