 Vattenfall is going through with its threats: The energy giant is suing the city of Hamburg because of the restrictions imposed on the operation of coal-powered energy plant Moorburg. GAL Senator Anja Hajduk had permitted the construction because of legal considerations. At the same time, however, she had imposed severe restrictions on the plant`s use.
