Court rejects day-care-centreappeal

The Day-care-centre SterniPark again is in conflict. This time they argue about a property at Karolinenstraße which the daycare facility for children had bought some years ago. SterniPark now wants to build a 8-storeyed house and use the first four levels for children’s care. But district “Mitte” is against the plan; after Sorina Weiland, speaker of the bureau, there was only space for a 5-storeyed building.
