Moorburg may decide the coalition's destiny

The controversy about the construction of the coal-fired power plant in Moorburg is becoming a vital test for Hamburg's green party. The basis of the party disapproves of the construction and expects changes to the approval of the power plant. The parliamentary fraction is thereby stuck between fulfilling the expectations of its basis and finding an agreement with coalition partner CDU, who are in favour of the power plant.
