Lost in Translation?
Streit's cinema, located on Jungernstieg in the heart of Hamburg, offers movies in their original language to cineastes and people, who are just tired of lousy translations. As a relatively small cinema with only one screen and 463 seats it attracts people who enjoy a special movie experience. It is also one of Germany's traditional premiere theatres, welcoming many celebrities over the decades. The Streit's lounge and bar area offers an opportunity to discuss the movie, while having a cocktail or a beer.
