Germany celebrates unity in Hamburg
From October 3-5 Hamburg will celebrate the German Unity Day, presenting its self with many cultural events. On October 3 personalities such as chancellor Angela Merkel and federal president Horst Köhler will attend church service at the St. Michaelis church. The 16 federal states will present themselves on festivals at the "Hafencity" and "Speicherstadt". The Performances will include opera as well as pop concerts.
